新年度のスタートに向けて、モチベーションは上がっていますか？
今朝からオフィスは大忙しですが、それでもチームメンバー全員が新たな活力を得ているのが分かります。
休息の大切さは侮れませんだね？
昨年末、神社の宮司さんがオフィスの気を清めるために来られ、祝詞をあげ、小さな儀式を執り行いました。
この儀式を見るのは2年目ですが、神職が祝詞をあげる時の力強い声に、まるで初めて見た時のように感動しました。長い巻物を、人間とは思えない旋律で読み上げます。
その後、彼はオフィスのドアに貼る小さな紙の守りを置いてくれました。
これはエネルギーの浄化と清めを助けるそうです。
先ほども言ったように、これは年末に行われたので、休暇中も浄化作用は続いていたのでしょう。そして今、社員たちの顔を見れば、より軽やかな気持ちで仕事に取り組んでいるのが分かります。
（それかみんなが私のようにほとんどベッドから出ずに正月で休養していた。）
午年について調べてみたところ、プロジェクトを遂行するには縁起の良い年だそうです。
2026年の目標はもう立てましたか？
勢いを失わずに、今年はまだ始まったばかりです！
今年も全力で突き進んでいきましょう！
今年初めて、クララが仔馬のように立った。

Happy New Year!
This is Clara from Answer Knocks.
Are you feeling motivated to start the new year?
This morning has been very hectic in the office, but I can see that all of our team members are renergized.
The importance of rest shouldn’t be underestimated, right?
Well, also at the end of last year, a Shinto priest came to the office to perform a small ceremony that purifies the energy.
This is the second year I’ve seen this ceremony, the powerful voice of the priest impressed me just as it did the first time. He reads a chant from a long scroll in an almost inhuman melody.
When is over, he leaves some small pieces of paper amulet for us to attach to our office’s doors. They are supposed to cleanse the place’s energy.
As I mentioned, it happened by the end of the year, so I guess the cleansing process continued through the holiday recess and that is why I can see that everyone is renergized today!
(Or maybe they just spent their New year recess bed rotting like I did.)
I looked up the Year of the Horse online and it seems to be an auspicious year for completing projects.Have you set your goals for 2026 yet?
Well, don’t lose momentum; this year is just getting started!
Let’s push forward with full force this year too!

Você está se sentindo motivado para começar o ano novo?
Esta manhã foi bem agitada no escritório, mas percebo que todos os membros da nossa equipe estão revigorados.
A importância do descanso não deve ser subestimada, certo?
Bem, isso e também no final do ano passado, um sacerdote xintoísta veio ao escritório para realizar uma pequena cerimônia de purificação de energia.
Este é o segundo ano que vejo essa cerimônia, mas a voz poderosa do sacerdote me impressionou tanto quanto da primeira vez. Ele recita um canto de um longo pergaminho em uma melodia quase sobre-humana.
Ao final, ele deixa alguns pequenos amuletos de papel para colocarmos nas portas do escritório. Eles supostamente purificam a energia do local.
Como mencionei, isso aconteceu no final do ano, então acredito que o processo de purificação continuou durante o recesso de fim de ano, e é por isso que vejo que todos estão revigorados hoje!
(Ou talvez eles tenham passado o recesso de Ano Novo sem sair da cama, descansando, como eu.)
Pesquisei sobre o Ano do Cavalo na internet e parece ser um ano auspicioso para concluir projetos.
